Our Story
Where We Began
In 1982 Willy and Inge Liesner purchased 100 acres of untamed land tucked away among the lush rolling hills of New Waverly, Texas. Seeing the potential of its beauty; together, the couple revived the weed-infested property and created an enchanting place that they lovingly named, Tosca Vineyard.
The beautiful location quickly became a special gathering place for the Liesner’s, their family, and friends.
Willy and Inge’s love for Tosca Vineyard has grown with the years and so has their belief that it should be shared with others. And while the couple is happy to share their stories, they are more excited to invite you tell your own special story at Tosca Vineyard.
Truly unique in its rustic beauty, Tosca Vineyard provides the perfect backdrop for any wedding or event where the natural beauty of the land is invited to be part of the narrative. Our event venue in New Waverly truly a sight to seen.
Tosca includes an expansive working vineyard, a restored 1830s log cabin, an all-weather canopy tent, a Bridal House, Groom’s Quarters, and breathtaking views of natural beauty.
